Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) are agreements between you and A-Advanced Home Services (AAHS) for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. This regularly scheduled maintenance is designed to keep your equipment running smoothly, so it will last longer and you can trust it. Getting your HVACR systems maintenanced four times annually is important.

A second visit will be scheduled to present you with your custom preventive maintenance program. Typically, the initial and return visits take only about 10 to 15 minutes of your time, and they are always free of charge.
