All aspects of contact were wonderful from office personnel to technician. Tatum was able to get us on the schedule asap. She was very knowledgeable regarding what I explained about our situation we had going on. She was professional and respectful. Joey came out and had everything up and running smoothly so fast. Joey like Tatum was knowledgeable, respectful, and above all professional. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

My mother's A/C had been out for 5 days. She was forced to stay in hotel for safety due to health conditions but could not afford to stay long. I called A-Advanced Home services desperate for a solution.The parts for her A/C were not in stock locally (and would take a few days to ship), but Angel helped me locate a near by distribution center to pick up the parts sooner and also get a tech out to install it the same day. They let me know the part was under warranty, so I will be reimbursed for what I paid and my insurance will cover the trip cost.Daniel, the tech, did an amazing job getting the repairs done as well as very pleasant and professional. Thank you for your services and caring for your customers!

very professional and exceptional service

I put in a ticket with our home warranty company after our HVAC unit stopped working in the Summer heat. A Advanced Home Services was assigned, and despite me being his 15th customer of the day, Joey came out and fixed my unit late at night with a flashlight. He was extremely kind, professional, and patient, despite it having been a very long day. His priority was to ensure we were up and running again as soon as possible, and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend A Advanced Home Services for HVAC repair.

Joey gave me a timeframe and came on time. Within 10 minutes he had our AC diagnosed and fixed. He was thorough in his explanation and gave me tips for how to address it next time. We are so thankful!

A Advance Home Services was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I called with a problem and they went above and beyond to solve it. Scheduling was a breeze even with 100 + temperatures outside (I know the phones were ringing off the hook) The office personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely compassionate. Our Technician was a true professional. He came when he said he would fully prepared to make the repair needed. He communicated during the process of ordering parts for the repair as well as while onsite during the repair to ensure my expectation were met. I highly recommend!

The technician that ca.e out was amazing. He was very professional and got to work right away. He figured out the problem , fixed it, and then explained the steps I needed to take to prevent early failure. If I need anything in the future I will def give them a call to fix it.

Manny & Mary were absolutely phenomenal! They came out assessed every single thing while communicating with me as they went along. They were able to fix my issue I was having in such a timely manner. Very pleased with their work!
