First class service by Tatum... kind, professional, and extremely helpful in getting the right technician out to solve our issue. A Breathe of Fresh Air!We called as a referral from a friend. The young lady, Tatum that answered our call, was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. Our initial appointment was because our a/c wasnt cooling, of course it was 100 outside and the end of the business day. Tatum was able to get us scheduled for the next morning. The techs (Manny & Joey) showed up when expected after they called to confirm the appointment time. They were efficient and prompt and gave us options as to how we would like to proceed. Once we made the decision to move forward to replace our 20+ year old heat pump. The office and techs worked as a team to find the best unit for the most reasonable price. Brandon & Dale installed the unit with great attention to detail in an efficient and timely manner. Their knowledge was greatly appreciated. All said and done it took 3 days from the first appointment to instal completion.

Joey, who serviced my HVAC unit, was friendly, efficient and professional. His work met all my expectations.

The technician's were courteous, assessed the problem immediately, and began a path to the ultimate solution. Lead time for parts was disappointing, but that speaks more to errors in the process. Again, the quality of service was great. But, parts delivery, and whatever the process is with the warranty company approving parts, etc. took too long. From start to finish this took over a month to resolve. It the parts were able to be delivered in a timely fashion, which should have been resolvable in a week at the most.

All aspects of contact were wonderful from office personnel to technician. Tatum was able to get us on the schedule asap. She was very knowledgeable regarding what I explained about our situation we had going on. She was professional and respectful. Joey came out and had everything up and running smoothly so fast. Joey like Tatum was knowledgeable, respectful, and above all professional. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

My mother's A/C had been out for 5 days. She was forced to stay in hotel for safety due to health conditions but could not afford to stay long. I called A-Advanced Home services desperate for a solution.The parts for her A/C were not in stock locally (and would take a few days to ship), but Angel helped me locate a near by distribution center to pick up the parts sooner and also get a tech out to install it the same day. They let me know the part was under warranty, so I will be reimbursed for what I paid and my insurance will cover the trip cost.Daniel, the tech, did an amazing job getting the repairs done as well as very pleasant and professional. Thank you for your services and caring for your customers!

very professional and exceptional service

I put in a ticket with our home warranty company after our HVAC unit stopped working in the Summer heat. A Advanced Home Services was assigned, and despite me being his 15th customer of the day, Joey came out and fixed my unit late at night with a flashlight. He was extremely kind, professional, and patient, despite it having been a very long day. His priority was to ensure we were up and running again as soon as possible, and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend A Advanced Home Services for HVAC repair.
