Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) are agreements between you and A-Advanced Home Services (AAHS) for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. This regularly scheduled maintenance is designed to keep your equipment running smoothly, so it will last longer and you can trust it. Getting your HVACR systems maintenanced four times annually is important.


The HVACR system is most likely the single largest user of energy in your facility. In commercial applications, where refrigeration is applied (combined with the HVACR systems), huge amounts of energy are used in the building. In fact, over one third of the energy used in the United States is used to heat and cool buildings. According to the Consortium of Energy Efficiency (CEE), up to 50% more energy could be saved with proper installation, sizing, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.

The field service engineer will meet with you to discuss your specific needs and goals and to perform a survey of your equipment. This survey takes into account the age, condition, and maintenance needs of your facility, and it determines the frequency of preventive maintenance service visits that you will need. A second visit will be scheduled to present you with your custom preventive maintenance program. Typically, the initial and return visits take only about 10 to 15 minutes of your time, and they are always free of charge.
